- CUSTOMS DUTY -
Customs duty is applied to products above a certain price determined according to the countries' own standard customs rules. Sellers cannot know the customs laws of every country. Buyers are expected to shop according to their country's customs rules. According to Etsy policy, customs duty is the buyer's responsibility. You can access this information in the notice that appears under the Continue payment button. Please research the tax rate (if any) you will pay according to your country's laws before ordering.
- RETURNS -
In case of production/measurement errors caused by us, we provide part or product replacement support until you start using the product with pleasure. Please get in touch with us within 14 days after delivery if you think there is anything wrong with your order.
However, we do not accept returns in case of measurement errors or decision changes caused by the buyer for custom-made products. We work hard to reflect products accurately and we produce them specific to their places in the exact dimensions provided by the buyers.
